Youth retreats (ages 13-55), Quran memorization intensives, Arabic language immersion, Islamic leadership training, brotherhood/sisterhood retreats, and family retreats all work well. The model is flexible.
Absolutely. You design the curriculum. We can suggest activities (horse riding, quad biking, beach activities) but you control the daily schedule and content.
We require a £399 deposit per guest to secure booking. Deposits are non-refundable, which protects your margin. Balance due 30 days before retreat.
We provide promotional templates, photos, and copy you can use. But recruitment is your responsibility—this is YOUR retreat for YOUR community.
You can still proceed but the per-person base cost increases. We recommend setting a minimum enrollment threshold in your pricing to protect yourself.
The villa can accommodate families or mixed groups with proper planning. We can advise on room allocation and scheduling to maintain appropriate boundaries.
